On the morning of December 8, the Government submitted a proposal to the National Assembly to amend Resolution No. 94 regarding the investment policy for Long Thanh International Airport.
Noi Bai International Airport is set to inaugurate the expanded Passenger Terminal 2 (T2) on December 19, 2025, following more than 18 months of accelerated construction that commenced on May 19, 2024. The project represents a critical strategic investment aimed at mitigating capacity constraints and increasing the terminal’s design throughput from 10 million to 15 million passengers annually, marking a significant enhancement in the airport’s international handling capabilities.
From November 25–27, 2025, Airports Innovate 2025, the global innovation event for the airport industry, took place in Busan, South Korea. The event was co-organized by ACI Asia-Pacific & Middle East, ACI EUROPE, and ACI World, and hosted by the Korea Airports Corporation (KAC).
On the evening of November 24, 2025, Da Nang International Airport welcomed flight WE201 operated by Parata Air from Incheon, carrying 291 passengers. This event marked Da Nang as the first destination in Vietnam selected for operation by this new South Korean airline.
On the morning of November 12, 2025, Deputy Minister of Construction Mr. Le Anh Tuan chaired an inspection session to review the implementation progress and readiness for commissioning and operation of the Passenger Terminal T2 Expansion Project at Noi Bai International Airport.
